Where you are a speaker, contributor, or affiliate, we may use your name, business name, professional title, bio, headshot, website links, social media links, presentation details, and submitted materials for the purpose of promoting, delivering, hosting, replaying, selling access to, or otherwise administering the relevant event or offer, in accordance with any separate written agreement between us.

We may share relevant information with trusted third-party service providers who help us operate the event or programme, such as website platforms, payment processors, email marketing providers, video hosting platforms, webinar or livestream platforms, affiliate tracking software, analytics tools, transcription or captioning providers, customer support tools, and cloud storage providers. If you participate in live calls, workshops, Q&A sessions, community spaces, or other interactive parts of an event, your name, image, voice, comments, questions, or other contributions may be visible to other participants and may appear in recordings, replays, transcripts, summaries, or related event materials. Where possible, you may choose not to turn on your camera, use your full name, or share information publicly if you prefer not to be identified.

Where affiliate commissions, speaker payments, or other payouts are involved, we may process relevant payment and tax-related information to calculate, verify, and issue payments, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and comply with our legal and accounting obligations.

Where there is a separate speaker, contributor, affiliate, or event agreement in place, the terms of that agreement will also apply to the relevant relationship or participation.
