Please read these Terms of Use (“Terms”, “Terms of Use”) carefully before using the https://yourwebsitename.com website (the “Service”) operated by More To Life (“us”, “we”, or “our”).

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.

Membership Terms

You understand that it is your responsibility as the Client (member) to remain aware of your own personal finances, and that your membership with Creator Productivity Lab or Creator Freedom Society is a monthly or annual subscription, depending on the chosen plan.

You understand that it is your responsibility as the Client (member) to interact with and consume the membership content, coaching and other forms of support inside Creator Productivity Lab or Creator Freedom Society.

You understand that it is your responsibility as the Client (member) to inform the More To Life team at support@creatorproductivity.com should you have any difficulty accessing resources, the membership portal, Facebook group, Slack channel, or anything else related to the membership. The More To Life team will always be happy to assist you, within typical working hours of 10am-5pm GMT, Monday – Friday.

If your subscription payments succeed without you informing the More To Life team of issues of this nature, you are not entitled to a refund for the period of time that you did not have access to the resources, as it is your responsibility as the Client (member) to inform the More To Life team of this.

Refund Policy

You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase for any of the following reasons:

You are unsatisfied with the product or service purchased
An accidental recurring payment was made

After the 7-day period, no refunds will be issued for any reason, except where required by law. It is your responsibility to review the program or membership during the refund period and decide if it is right for you.

Certain products or services may be designated as non-refundable. If applicable, this will be clearly stated on the sales page prior to purchase. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the refund policy presented for that specific product or service.

Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide us information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password, whether your password is with our Service or a third-party service.

You agree not to disclose your password to any third party and you are responsible for any activity that occurs under your account, whether authorized by you or not. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and resources provided by More To Life are for your personal or business use only as part of your membership or program access. You may download and use these materials for your own purposes, but you may not share, copy, resell, distribute, or otherwise make them available to anyone who is not a paying member. Each team member must have their own separate membership — account sharing is not permitted.

Guest Expert Content Use

By agreeing to include the provided guest expert masterclasses created by More To Life within your membership, group program, mastermind, or other offer, you, as the Membership (or other) Owner, agree to the following terms:

The guest expert trainings provided are for exclusive use within your membership program and are not to be sold, distributed, or made available outside of your membership platform. You understand and agree that these masterclasses remain the intellectual property of More To Life and are licensed to you solely for the purpose of enhancing your membership content.

Any redistribution, resale, or unauthorized sharing of the masterclasses, whether in whole or in part, is strictly prohibited. Breach of these terms may result in the immediate revocation of your license to use the content and may lead to legal action.

Should you wish to use the content in any capacity outside your membership (including but not limited to promotional materials, resale, or standalone products), you are required to obtain prior written permission from Kate Philpott, owner of More To Life.

Speaker Content License

If you are a speaker or contributor to any of our virtual events, you agree to the following:

You grant More To Life a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to host, display, distribute, and sell access to your presentation, slides, and any other materials you submit (“Content”) as part of the Summit.
You confirm that you are the creator and/or have all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to share the Content and grant this license.
You agree that your Content may be included in free or paid replays, bonuses, or future sales related to the Summit.
You retain all ownership rights in your Content, and nothing in these Terms transfers ownership to More To Life.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless More To Life from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from the use of your Content, including copyright or trademark infringement claims.

Revocation of Access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to any program, membership, or service immediately and without refund if you violate these Terms, engage in unlawful or inappropriate conduct, or fail to make required payments. Termination for non-payment will not remove your obligation to settle any outstanding balances.

Links To Other Web Sites

Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by More To Life.

More To Life has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that More To Life shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.

We strongly advise you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party web sites or services that you visit.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.

Minimum Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or participate in any products, programs, or services offered by More To Life. By accessing or using our services, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

Use at Your Own Risk Disclaimer

All content, coaching, resources, and materials provided by More To Life are for educational and informational purposes only. We make no guarantees about your specific results, business outcomes, or earnings. Nothing we provide should be taken as legal, financial, or medical advice. You acknowledge that you participate and apply the information at your own risk.

Permission Requests

If you wish to use any of our content, materials, or resources outside of the membership or program in which you received them, you must obtain prior written permission from us. Please email support@creatorproductivity.com with your request before using any materials in this way.

Security & Assumption of Risk

You are responsible for protecting your login details and for all activity that occurs under your account. More To Life is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account or data breaches on third-party platforms, including payment processors or hosting services.

Event Access & Technical Issues

We strive to provide uninterrupted access to Summit sessions, but we make no guarantee of continuous, error-free service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary equipment, software, and internet connection to access the Summit. We are not liable for any inability to attend live sessions due to technical issues on your end. Where possible, replays will be provided, but availability is not guaranteed.

We reserve the right to change event speakers, topics, or schedules at our discretion without liability. Any such changes will be communicated as soon as reasonably possible.

Confidentiality

While we encourage a supportive and respectful environment, we cannot guarantee confidentiality for anything shared in group calls, coaching sessions, or community spaces. By participating, you acknowledge that other members may see or hear what you share. Group calls, coaching sessions, and community posts may be recorded or referenced for training and business purposes.

Community Behaviour

We expect all members to treat each other with respect and professionalism. We reserve the right to remove any content or member that we believe breaches these standards, and such removal may be immediate and without refund where the breach is serious.

Non-Disparagement

You agree not to make any public statements, written or verbal, that could reasonably be seen to damage the reputation of More To Life, its programs, or its team members. Breach of this clause may result in termination of your membership and we reserve the right to take legal action where reputational damage occurs.

Affiliate & Speaker Commission Terms

Affiliate & Speaker Commission Terms
If you participate in our affiliate program (including speaker revenue sharing for any virtual events, summits, or other joint ventures), you agree to the following terms:

You are an independent contractor and not an employee, agent, or partner of More To Life.
Commission rates, payment schedule, and qualifying sales are as set out in the affiliate/speaker agreement or as communicated in writing before the event.
We use third-party tracking software to record and attribute sales. We are not responsible for tracking failures due to cookie restrictions, ad blockers, or other technical issues beyond our control.
Commissions are paid after the refund period for the referred sale has expired.
You are solely responsible for reporting and paying any taxes due on affiliate income.
You agree not to use spam, unsolicited messages, or misleading statements to promote our products or services. You may not use our company name, brand names, or trademarks in paid advertising without our prior written consent.
We reserve the right to withhold or cancel commissions if we determine that a sale was generated through fraudulent, deceptive, or prohibited methods.

You agree to comply with all applicable data protection and privacy laws in relation to any customer or participant information you access through the affiliate or speaker arrangement, and you may only use such information for the purposes of fulfilling your role in the event. You must not share, sell, or otherwise misuse this information.

Any disputes regarding commission amounts or payments must be submitted in writing to support@creatorproductivity.com within 30 days of payment, after which the payment will be deemed final.

Where there is a conflict between these Terms and a signed affiliate or speaker agreement, the signed agreement will prevail.

Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
